A recommendation is a starting point. Ask each provider for the same information to make your decision easier.
Define what you need
Explain the service, who it is for, your timeline and an indicative budget. Avoid sending personal documents before you know who receives them and why they are necessary.
Request a written quotation
Check the included services, total costs, taxes, deadlines, exclusions and cancellation terms. Ask who signs the contract, who delivers the service and how complaints are handled.
Check suitability
For regulated services, confirm authorisation and scope with the relevant authority. Ask for clear explanations. A discount does not guarantee a particular outcome.
CORE’s role
CORE facilitates connections with independent providers. The provider is responsible for the contracted service. CORE remains responsible for its own membership and can receive feedback to review catalogue information.
