Clear cancellation and refund rules for CORE membership.
This policy explains renewals, cancellation requests, access after cancellation, and when refunds may be considered.

1. Membership renewals
- Monthly membership renews monthly until cancelled.
- Annual membership renews annually until cancelled, if recurring annual payments are enabled.
2. How to cancel
To cancel, email info@corecommunityhub.com with your full name and the email used for payment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 calendar days before the next renewal date in order to stop the next recurring payment.
Requests submitted less than 5 calendar days before renewal are not valid for stopping the next recurring payment and may be processed for the following billing period.
3. Refund window for first payment
A cancellation request with refund may be considered only within the first 7 calendar days after the first subscription payment is made.
After the first 7 calendar days from the first subscription payment have passed, members may still request cancellation, but without refund of the paid membership period.
4. Access after cancellation
Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period, unless access is removed earlier due to a violation of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
5. Refunds and exceptions
- Refunds connected to membership cancellation are not issued after the first 7 calendar days from the first subscription payment.
- Refunds are not issued for used membership periods after the 7-day window has expired.
- CORE may separately review duplicate payments, technical payment errors, or cases where access could not be provided due to CORE's fault.
- CORE does not refund losses or disputes arising from member-to-member interactions.
6. Payment boundaries
CORE membership fees are charged for access to CORE's digital community and related online member services. Member-to-member payments, independent transactions, or disputes between members are outside the CORE membership service.
