Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear cancellation and refund rules for CORE membership.

This policy explains renewals, cancellation requests, access after cancellation, and when refunds may be considered.

1. Membership renewals

  • Monthly membership renews monthly until cancelled.
  • Annual membership renews annually until cancelled, if recurring annual payments are enabled.

2. How to cancel

To cancel, email info@corecommunityhub.com with your full name and the email used for payment.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date so CORE has time to process the request before renewal.

3. Access after cancellation

Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period, unless access is removed earlier due to a violation of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Refund policy

  • Refunds are not normally issued for used membership periods.
  • Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, payment errors, or cases where access could not be provided due to CORE's fault.
  • CORE does not refund losses or disputes arising from member-to-member interactions.

5. Payment boundaries

CORE membership fees are charged for access to CORE's digital community and related online member services. Member-to-member payments, independent transactions, or disputes between members are outside the CORE membership service.
