Terms for CORE membership and digital community access.
These terms explain how CORE membership works, member responsibilities, payment terms, cancellation terms, acceptable use, and service limitations.

1. Operator and service
CORE / CORE Community Hub is a paid membership and digital community service operated by ProTech Software Labs FZ-LLC, a UAE free zone company registered in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone.

CORE provides members with access to private digital community spaces, moderated communication channels, curated community updates, member resources, online guides, digital announcements, and community engagement services.
2. Membership access
Membership access is provided after successful payment and verification of member details. Members may be asked to provide their name, email address, payment confirmation or payment status, and other information reasonably needed to administer access.
CORE may refuse, suspend, or remove access where a member provides inaccurate information, violates these Terms, violates the Community Guidelines, or uses the service in a way that may harm CORE, other members, or applicable service providers.
3. Payment terms
Membership fees are charged for access to CORE's digital community and related online member services. The current plans are Monthly Membership at AED 10/month and Annual Membership at AED 120/year.
Members can pay online through a secure payment link or website checkout. Payment links are placeholders until replaced with active secure online payment URLs.
CORE membership fees are commercial service fees for platform access and related digital community services. Member-to-member payments or independent transactions are outside the CORE membership service.
4. Cancellation terms
Members may cancel according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date. Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless access is removed for a policy violation.
5. Community Guidelines
Members must follow the Community Guidelines. CORE may remove content, restrict access, or remove members who violate guidelines, these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules.
6. Acceptable use
- Use CORE respectfully and lawfully.
- Do not post spam, harassment, illegal content, misleading promotions, counterfeit goods, fake followers/traffic services, gambling, raffles, lotteries, prize schemes, weapons, adult content, drugs, or regulated goods.
- Do not run donation or fundraising campaigns through CORE without written approval and proper legal authorisation.
- Do not use CORE for peer-to-peer payment processing or to hold funds for others.
- Do not interfere with the security, availability, or operation of CORE digital spaces.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
Membership does not guarantee business leads, sales, income, jobs, clients, visibility results, community responses, approvals, visas, or specific outcomes. CORE provides access to digital community services, not guaranteed personal, professional, or commercial results.
8. Independent member interactions
Members are responsible for their own interactions, decisions, communications, and independent arrangements with other members or third parties. CORE is not responsible for independent interactions between members.
9. Service boundaries
Service scope
- CORE is a paid membership and digital community service.
- Membership fees are for CORE community access, moderation, resources, announcements, and related digital services.
- CORE does not hold funds on behalf of members, process peer-to-peer transactions, or provide regulated financial, escrow, brokerage, healthcare, or employment services.
10. Availability and changes
CORE may update community spaces, membership features, moderation processes, pricing, or policies from time to time. CORE will aim to communicate material changes through reasonable service channels.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CORE and ProTech Software Labs FZ-LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service, member-to-member interactions, reliance on community content, or inability to access the service.
12. Governing context
These Terms are intended to operate in the context of the United Arab Emirates. Members are responsible for complying with applicable UAE laws and any rules that apply to platforms or tools used to access CORE community spaces.
