What is free?
Guides, articles, initiative information and the public Facebook group. No membership is needed to read the guides.
What does membership include?
Access to the provider catalogue, published benefits and the private WhatsApp community, plus an account with your details and payments. Conditions vary by offer.
How much does it cost?
10 AED per month or 120 AED per year, plus Stripe fees and applicable VAT. The final total is displayed at checkout before confirmation. Renewal uses the same base price.
I have paid. How do I sign in?
Use the email associated with your payment to request a one-time code. Verify your email, set your password and sign in. If the payment is missing, contact CORE with the payment reference.
Does CORE deliver catalogue services?
CORE facilitates the connection. The independent provider is responsible for authorisation, contract, delivery and quality. Services are contracted and paid for separately. CORE is responsible for its own membership.
How do I cancel?
Email info@corecommunityhub.com at least 15 calendar days before renewal. CORE confirms cancellation in writing.
Can I request a refund?
For cancellation for personal reasons, a request may be considered within 7 days of the first payment. Mandatory rights for non-performance, non-conformity or incorrect payments are not limited by this period. Read the full cancellation and refund policy.
Is my number visible on WhatsApp?
In WhatsApp groups, other participants may see your number and some profile information. Choose the groups you want to join and avoid sharing personal documents.
Who operates CORE?
ProTech Software Labs FZ-LLC, registered in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. Operator and licence details are listed in the terms of service.
